1. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Costs:

Free for orders above ₹500.

For orders below ₹500:

₹50 within Maharashtra.

₹70 outside Maharashtra.

International delivery is not available currently.

We provide tracking details via email after dispatch.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Upon receipt of your returned product, our team will conduct an inspection within 3–5 business days to verify its condition and compliance with our return requirements. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags.

You will be notified in writing regarding the approval or denial of your refund request. If the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process, and the credited amount will be returned to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is received in a damaged condition or a fulfillment error has occurred.
